titleOfInvention A method of fibroin base water-absorbent material is prepared based on coupling and enzymatic graft copolymerization
abstract The invention discloses a kind of methods for preparing fibroin base water-absorbent material based on coupling and enzymatic graft copolymerization, belong to technical field of textile chemistry. The method of the present invention prepares diazonium salt by the diazotising of arylamine containing vinyl, then with fibroin coupling reaction, last enzymatic fibroin and hydrophilic vinylic monomer graft copolymerization, increases the hydrophily of fibroin sill.Concrete technology with steps are as follows: (1) silk fibroin solution prepare;(2) preparation of the aryldiazonium salt containing ethylene;(3) fibroin albumen coupling reaction;(4) enzymatic fibroin and hydrophilic vinylic monomer graft copolymerization;(5) molding of fibroin base water-absorbent material.Vinyl monomer is introduced on fibroin with using chemical crosslink technique, the chemical methodes such as persulfate or Ultraviolet irradiation method are recycled to cause fibroin compared with hydrophilic vinylic monomer graft copolymerization, the present invention has the advantages that graft copolymerization is high-efficient, enzymatic treatment condition mitigates and fibroin base water-absorbent material good water absorption.
