abstract | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, and discloses a method for synthesizing an imidazo nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, which comprises the following steps: reacting the compound of formula (I), the compound of formula (II) and the compound of formula (III-1) under the action of a catalyst and an oxidant in the presence of an inert solvent to obtain the compound of formula (IV-1), or reacting the compound of formula (I), the compound of formula (II) and the compound of formula (III-2) under the action of a catalyst and an oxidant in the presence of an inert solvent to obtain the compound of formula (IV-2). The method uses a multi-component reaction strategy, efficiently and orderly synthesizes multi-functionalized molecules by using a simple substrate, and solves the technical problem that ordered and efficient synthesis in the multi-component reaction is difficult to control in the prior art. The various imidazo heterocyclic rings obtained by the synthesis method have potential bioactive molecules, and the imidazo nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound can be widely applied to the fields of medicines and materials. |
