titleOfInvention | Intermediate of anti-heart failure medicine |
abstract | The invention discloses an intermediate of an anti-heart failure drug, which is shown as a compound in a formula IV. The intermediate takes malonate (formula VI) as raw material and sulfonyl protected ( R ) -lactate (formula VII) undergoes a nucleophilic substitution reaction to give a compound of formula V, which is then condensed with 4-biphenylacetyl chloride to give a compound of formula IV. The invention also discloses application of the compound shown in the formula IV, which is a key intermediate for preparing the compound shown in the formula I. Specifically, the compound of formula IV is subjected to decarboxylation to obtain a compound of formula III, and the compound of formula III is subjected to hydrolysis, salifying with organic amine and purification to obtain the compound of formula I. |
