The invention utilizes the characteristic of hardening by nitriding in the sintering process of silicon nitride powder, overcomes the problem of abnormal hardness of the sintered silicon nitride powder by researching and developing a formula, combines the processes of preparing raw materials and preparing a mother core into a whole, does not need secondary batching, saves the cost of spray granulation, does not need mechanical pressing, adjusts the sintering process at the later stage, and ensures that the prepared mother core completely meets the production requirement and the performance of a silicon nitride sphere is also improved; the production process is scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible. |
