titleOfInvention | Preparation method of tissue adhesion hemostatic antibacterial nano-film |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a tissue adhesion hemostatic antibacterial nano-film, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a tissue adhesion hemostatic antibacterial matrix material; 2) dissolving the matrix material obtained in the step 1) in water, obtaining a nano film by a spin-coating method, then carrying out UV (ultraviolet) photocuring, drying and removing the solvent to obtain the required tissue adhesion hemostatic antibacterial nano film; the water-soluble polymer is dissolved in water, and a sacrificial layer is constructed on the nano-film by a spin-coating method, so that the sacrificial layer is convenient for practical operation and can be removed by water washing in subsequent use. The tissue adhesion hemostatic antibacterial nano-film prepared by the method has good biological safety, is convenient and comfortable to use, can be firmly adhered to tissues with different shapes, has good hemostatic antibacterial effect and cannot generate bacterial resistance. |
