titleOfInvention Preparation method of 3, 4-dinitropyrazole
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of 3, 4-dinitropyrazole. The preparation method of the 3, 4-dinitropyrazole comprises the following steps: 1) nitration: adding concentrated sulfuric acid into a four-mouth bottle, slowly dropwise adding fuming nitric acid, keeping the temperature below 35 ℃, heating the reaction solution to 50 ℃, starting to slowly add 3-nitropyrazole, controlling the feeding temperature to be below 80 ℃, heating to 80-120 ℃ after adding, keeping the temperature for reaction for 0.5-1h, cooling, and cooling to 50 ℃ to separate out white solid; 2) and (3) filtering: cooling the reaction liquid to 25 ℃, and performing suction filtration by using a sand core funnel; 3) washing, filtering and drying: washing the filter cake with 150g of ice water, performing suction filtration, and drying in an oven to obtain white 3, 4-dinitropyrazole solid particles; 4) and (3) recrystallization: 3, 4-dinitropyrazole is put into water, then heated to 50 ℃ until the dinitropyrazole is completely dissolved, and then cooled to 10 ℃ to separate out white granular 3, 4-dinitropyrazole, and then the granular 3, 4-dinitropyrazole is pumped, filtered and put into an oven to be dried according to the steps.
