titleOfInvention | Polycarboxylic acid type wet-mixed mortar plasticizer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid type wet-mixed mortar plasticizer and a preparation method thereof. Comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid; 500-850 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative; 50-100 parts of unsaturated sulfonate; 3-7 parts of n-octanol; 25-35 parts of an initiator; 8000-12000 parts of deionized water; 0-15 parts of vitamin C; liquid alkali is added to bring the final pH to 5-7. The invention directly prepares the wet-mixed mortar plasticizer product by a free polymerization method, so the physical state of the product is stable. The organic polymer is a macromolecular organic structure, is applied to wet-mixed mortar, is not easily adsorbed and embedded by porous substances (clay and the like) contained in aggregate, and has good mortar plasticity retention property. On the other hand, the method has the advantages of appropriate reaction conditions, normal-temperature reaction without heat source, simple process, environmental protection, high efficiency and suitability for large-scale industrial production methods. |
