titleOfInvention Bamboo fiber/nano apatite composite material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a bamboo fiber/nano apatite composite material and a preparation method thereof. The bamboo fiber/nano apatite composite material is prepared by dispersing bamboo fiber after alkali treatment and shearing in deionized water, then slowly dripping preparation raw materials such as soluble phosphate and calcium salt for preparing nano apatite at 50-80 ℃, simultaneously adjusting the pH value to be more than 10, continuously stirring and reacting for 3-6 hours, then slowly adding mixed liquid into excessive distilled water to obtain a product, washing, drying and grinding into powder to obtain the composite material. The composite material has the advantages of excellent mechanical property, rich raw material sources, good biocompatibility and simple preparation method, and is expected to be developed into novel orthopedic materials.
