titleOfInvention | Preparation method of anterior chamber isolation balloon |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an anterior chamber isolation balloon, which comprises the following steps: (1) dedusting semi-compliant and/or non-compliant polymer materials, and then drying in a blast drying oven; (2) putting the dried material into an extruder to form a pipe; (3) stretching the extruded pipe into a thin-walled pipe in a stretcher; (4) placing the stretched thin-walled tube in a balloon forming mold for blow molding, blowing the parison to cling to the inner wall of the mold, cooling and demolding to obtain a balloon, wherein a catheter is arranged on the balloon; (5) and (5) folding the saccule obtained in the step (4) by using a saccule folding machine with the catheter as an axis to obtain the anterior chamber isolation saccule. The saccule prepared by the method has high strength and good durability; the sacculus is the oblate spheroid structure, and the diameter is at 8 ~ 9mm, and it is about 1mm to bulge highly, when carrying out cataract ultrasonic emulsification extirpation art, not only can remain sufficient space for the operation, also can be fine protection corneal endothelial cell. |
