titleOfInvention | Method for high-sensitivity and high-selectivity fluorescence detection of magnesium ions |
abstract | A method for fluorescence detection of magnesium ions with high sensitivity and high selectivity comprises the following steps: (1) mixing terbium salt and polyether alcohol salicylate in a molar ratio of 0.5-2 to obtain a terbium complex solution in an organic solvent; (2) drying and calcining a magnesium-containing sample, dissolving with acid, heating gently to evaporate excessive acid and water, dissolving or leaching with an organic solvent, and fixing the volume; (3) uniformly mixing the magnesium-containing sample solution obtained in the step (2) with the terbium complex solution obtained in the step (1), and measuring the fluorescence emission intensity of the solution at 545nm under 365nm excitation; and calculating the content of the magnesium according to the measured fluorescence intensity and the working curve. The invention uses simple fluorescence spectrometry to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of magnesium ions, does not need special high-grade instruments, and is the most determinedUnder the optimal reaction conditions, the stability of the reaction is good, the reproducibility of the method is good, and the lowest detection limit can reach 1.74 x 10 â5 umol/Lă |
