The invention also discloses a method for early detection and early warning of drug-induced liver injury, which quantitatively detects the concentration of biological small molecules or differential genes in a sample. The invention also discloses the application of the biological marker in scientific research and preparation of a diagnostic kit or diagnostic equipment for drug-induced liver injury. The changes of the biomarkers of the present invention occur before drug-induced liver injury, and have an early warning function; are beneficial to reduce the morbidity and mortality of drug-induced liver injury, help to improve the current situation of drug-induced liver injury prevention and control in my country, and effectively alleviate the A double burden on the patient's body and the economy.
