The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of organic light-emitting materials, and in particular relates to a polyspirofluorene whose side chain contains a hole-transporting group, a preparation method and application thereof. The side chain of the polyspirofluorene contains a hole-transporting group, which can increase the HOMO energy level of the polyspirofluorene, lower the hole injection barrier, and is beneficial to realize the balance of hole and electron injection. In addition, the polyspirofluorene light-emitting material has good solubility, and after being dissolved in a common organic solvent, a film can be formed by spin coating, ink-jet printing or printing, and a light-emitting layer of a light-emitting diode can be prepared. The light-emitting layer based on the polymer does not need to add a hole transport layer when preparing a light-emitting device, which makes the device preparation process simpler. The polyspirofluorene luminescent material was used in a single-layer electroluminescent device, and its maximum current efficiency (LE max ) was 0.67cd/A, the maximum brightness (L max ) of the device was 3484cd/m 2 , and the turn-on voltage (V on ) is only 2.7v. |
