abstract | The invention discloses an azole antifungal fragment imprinted polymer, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the fragment imprinting template molecules, the cross-linking agent, the functional monomer and the initiator in a pore-forming solvent to prepare a prepolymerization solution, and carrying out polymerization reaction for 6-48h at 55-75 ℃. The white block polymer generated by the reaction is ground, screened and settled to obtain white polymer particles with the particle size of 30-60 mu m. And sequentially adopting methanol/acetic acid and methanol as extraction solvents to perform Soxhlet extraction on the obtained polymer particles, and removing template molecules and unreacted substances to obtain the substitute template molecularly imprinted polymer. The fragment imprinted polymer has strong specific selectivity and enrichment capacity for azole antifungal drugs such as climbazole, miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole and fluconazole, solves the problems of template leakage interference and poor class selectivity, and realizes rapid, sensitive, accurate and efficient detection of the azole antifungal drugs in environment, food and personal care products. |
