titleOfInvention Method for preparing oligomeric proanthocyanidins by high-voltage pulse electric field in cooperation with ultrahigh-voltage microjet
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing oligomeric proanthocyanidins by a high-voltage pulse electric field in cooperation with ultrahigh-voltage microjet, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving procyanidine with ammonia water solution to obtain procyanidine solution with mass concentration of 10-30%; (2) high-voltage pulse electric field treatment: pumping the procyanidine solution into a pipeline provided with a high-voltage electrode and a low-voltage electrode by a high-pressure pump, and switching on a high-voltage pulse electric field; (3) ultrahigh pressure micro-jet treatment: the procyanidin solution is treated by a high-voltage pulse electric field and then pumped into a micro jet head of ultrahigh-pressure micro jet, and the oligomeric procyanidin solution is obtained after the ultrahigh-pressure micro jet treatment; (4) and carrying out vacuum concentration and spray drying on the oligomeric proanthocyanidins solution to obtain the oligomeric proanthocyanidins. The method has simple operation of the procyanidin depolymerization process and high depolymerization efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale and continuous preparation of the oligomeric procyanidin.
