titleOfInvention | Functional composite coated controlled-release fertilizer with polyolefin wax as base coat and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a functional composite coated controlled release fertilizer with polyolefin wax as a base coat, which comprises the following components: fertilizer granules, coating materials sprayed on the surfaces of the fertilizer granules; the coating material consists of a polyolefin wax coating, a starch-based polyurethane layer and an epoxy resin layer which are sequentially sprayed on the surface of fertilizer particles; biological stimulin is sprayed between the polyolefin wax coating and the starch-based polyurethane layer or between the starch-based polyurethane layer and the epoxy resin layer. The functional composite coated controlled-release fertilizer solves the key technical problems that the prior international controlled-release fertilizer has single function, high cost and difficult popularization, and extrusion and abrasion in the transportation process seriously affect the controlled-release effect of the fertilizer, soil pollution is caused by adding harmful dyes, sustainable development is difficult depending on petrochemical products, and excessive degradation of polymer residual films is slow. Meanwhile, the problems that the biological stimulin is easy to inactivate after being directly contacted with soil and fertilizers, the asynchronous regulation and control of the release of nutrients and the stimulin are difficult and the like are solved. |
