The invention provides a high-performance engine heat shield and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-performance engine heat shield comprises the following material components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of modified ceramic fiber, 5-20 parts of functional auxiliary agent, 1-5 parts of low-temperature binder, 10-40 parts of high-temperature binder, 0.5-2 parts of surfactant and 600 parts of deionized water. Therefore, the engine heat shield has the characteristics of environmental protection, excellent heat-insulating property and long service life, and meanwhile, the preparation process of the high-performance engine heat shield is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial production. |
