titleOfInvention High-strength super sulfur phosphate gypsum slag cement concrete and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a high-strength super sulfur phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-strength super sulfur phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete is prepared by the following method: 1) phosphogypsum ball milling pretreatment: placing phosphogypsum, fly ash, cement, a water reducing agent and water in a ball milling tank for wet milling, then screening out and carrying out aging treatment to obtain phosphogypsum slurry; 2) preparing the high-strength super sulfur-phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete: adding sand, coarse stone aggregate and water into a concrete mixer for stirring, adding fine aggregate cement and mineral powder into the concrete mixer after uniformly mixing, continuously stirring, slowly adding phosphogypsum slurry after uniformly stirring, finally adding water and a water reducing agent, and performing concrete molding and maintenance after fully stirring to obtain the high-strength super-sulfur-phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete. The high-strength super sulfur phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of high strength, short setting time, good volume stability and difficulty in cracking.
