abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a triptycenyl polyimide separation membrane, which comprises the following preparation steps: dissolving a triptycene compound containing an active group and a dianhydride compound in an aprotic solvent for polymerization reaction, and performing imidization treatment; pouring the polymer solution obtained by the reaction into the precipitation solution, violently stirring, carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain triptycenyl polyimide powder; dissolving triptycenyl polyimide in a solvent to prepare a membrane casting solution, coating the membrane casting solution on a support body, and drying to obtain the triptycenyl polyimide separation membrane. The invention solves the problem of difficult dissolution of polyimide polymer and the limitation of application of the polyimide polymer in a separation membrane; meanwhile, the polyimide material has good thermal stability, chemical stability and mechanical property, so that the prepared film material has good long-term stability. |
