The invention provides a method for identifying blue crabs, Scylla paramamosain and Scylla serrata, which judges the species of a sample by judging whether the SNP molecular marker exists in a blue crab sample to be detected. The SNP molecular markers capable of effectively identifying the blue crabs, the Scylla paramamosain and the Scylla serrata are obtained; the primers are designed in the molecular markers, and the blue crabs are classified through a high-resolution melting curve HRM, so that the blue crab germ plasm is quickly and accurately identified, and technical support is provided for the seedling culture and breeding of the blue crabs. |
