titleOfInvention | Preparation method of bromfenac sodium sesquihydrate |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of bromfenac sodium sesquihydrate, which comprises the following steps: carrying out hydrolysis reaction on the compound shown in the formula 3 and a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, directly carrying out suction filtration on a reaction solution after the reaction is finished, collecting a filtrate, and adding sodium chloride or sodium bicarbonate into the filtrate; adding sodium chloride or sodium bicarbonate, washing the precipitated solid with saturated saline water and acetone, and then recrystallizing with a mixed solvent, wherein the mixed solvent is water/acetone, water/ethylene glycol dimethyl ether or water/ethylene glycol; and washing the solid obtained by recrystallization with acetone to obtain the bromfenac sodium sesquihydrate, namely the compound shown in the formula 4. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple to operate and stable in process, and the prepared bromfenac sodium sesquihydrate product is yellow solid and has extremely high purity. |
