abstract | The invention relates to an alkali-promoted compound desulfurization and dearsenization adsorbent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adsorbent consists of a component A) 0.5-10% of alkali active component, a component B) 5-40% of copper-containing compound, a component C) 42-92.5% of porous material, and a component D) 2-8% of forming agent in percentage by mass. The invention mixes the porous material and the copper-containing compound, adds the alkali active component, and prepares the finished product adsorbent through aging, roasting and activating after molding. The product of the invention can remove sulfide and arsenide in liquid and gaseous low-carbon olefin or inert gas at normal temperature, has large desulfurization capacity and dearsenification capacity, especially has better removal effect on carbonyl sulfide, and has strong process flow operability, small pollution emission and strong practicability. |
