| abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a bock greenbrier rhizome soft capsule, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning rhizoma Smilacis Bockii, extracting with water, precipitating with ethanol, and vacuum drying to obtain rhizoma Smilacis Bockii extract powder. Controlling the temperature of the vacuum drying material at 0-70 ℃; (2) uniformly mixing the rhizoma Smilacis Bockii extract powder prepared in step 1 with soft capsule content raw materials including soybean oil, lactose and beeswax, and homogenizing and emulsifying under high pressure to obtain soft capsule content; (3) mixing the capsule shell raw materials of the soft capsule comprising gelatin, glycerol, water and antioxidant, heating to dissolve, vacuum degassing and dehydrating to obtain capsule shell glue solution for preparing the soft capsule; and (3) preparing the soft capsule contents uniformly mixed in the step (2) and the soft capsule glue solution into soft capsules by using a pill making machine, drying and packaging to obtain finished products. The process adopts a low-temperature continuous vacuum drying technology for the extract; meanwhile, the content and the capsule skin of the soft capsule are accurately controlled, the stability of the medicine is good, the preparation standard is met, and the clinical medication is safe and reliable. |
