titleOfInvention | Kit for detecting three respiratory pathogens based on microfluidic chip and use method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a kit for detecting respiratory adenovirus, streptococcus pneumoniae and bordetella pertussis based on a microfluidic chip and a use method thereof, wherein the kit comprises a multi-flux microfluidic nucleic acid detection chip with an active control flow path, a preloaded dry powder detection reagent and a positive quality control product; the pre-packaged dry powder detection reagent contains primers of specific conserved sequences of respiratory adenovirus, streptococcus pneumoniae and bordetella pertussis and a TaqMan fluorescent probe. The kit adopts a microfluidic chip technology, all operations are completed by an instrument after sample addition, the operation is simple and convenient, the speed is high, the detection can be completed within 30-60 min, and no pollution is caused; the TaqMan probe fluorescence PCR technology is adopted to detect respiratory adenovirus, streptococcus pneumoniae and bordetella pertussis, the sequences of the designed primers and probes are very conservative in the genes of the respiratory adenovirus, streptococcus pneumoniae and bordetella pertussis, the specificity is strong, the detection result can be obtained within 2 hours, and the sensitivity can reach 10 copies/mu L. |
