The invention relates to a flavonoid derivative with ROCK kinase inhibition effect, belonging to the technical field of organic synthetic drugs. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the existing glaucoma treatment medicine has poor effect, and especially the glaucoma with normal intraocular pressure lacks of effective treatment medicine; drugs for diabetic retinopathy such as combo-xipu and ranibizumab are only applied in the late stage of the disease, are ineffective in the early stage of the disease, and can destroy the protective effect of VEGF on normal retinal tissues after long-term use. The technical scheme for solving the problems is to provide the compound shown in the formula I. Experimental results show that the compound has a remarkable ROCK kinase inhibition effect, can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, protect optic ganglion cells, reduce the retina active oxygen level and inhibit retina angiogenesis, and provides a new drug selection for clinical treatment of glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. |
