The invention discloses a class of small molecule materials based on naphthoindene fluorene with high two-photon absorption and a preparation method thereof. The main feature of the material is the core of the multi-conjugated condensed ring structure-naphthoindene fluorene unit, and an organic small molecule fluorescent material with strong two-photon response is obtained by selecting different electron-donating units. This kind of material is a kind of small molecular compound synthesized by C-C coupling and C-N coupling reaction of naphthoindene fluorene unit. The small molecule material provided by the invention has the characteristics of strong single/two-photon fluorescence intensity and good solubility, and has important application prospects in biological fields such as two-photon fluorescence imaging, two-photon fluorescence microscope imaging, and two-photon fluorescent probes. |
