The invention discloses a method for catalyzing selective hydrogenolysis of lignin by a zirconium phosphate loaded nickel-based material; the method prepares monophenol chemicals by hydrogenolysis. The method comprises the steps of taking renewable biomass as a raw material, adding a nickel-based catalyst into an alcoholic solution reaction medium, and adjusting the phosphorus-zirconium ratio and the reaction temperature in a catalyst carrier to be 1-4 MPa H 2 And under the conditions of pressure and reaction time of 1-5 h, carrying out selective catalytic hydrogenolysis on the raw materials to form monophenol chemicals with high added values. The carrier phosphorus-zirconium ratio in the nickel-based catalyst is 1 (1-3), and the Ni load is 5-25 wt%. According to the invention, the conversion rate of lignin is higher than 85.1%, the yield of monophenol is higher than 13.0%, and the selectivity of 4-ethylphenol is higher than 38.3%; the method has simple process and mild reaction conditions, and can be used for treating diabetesBatch and continuous production. The obtained micromolecule product can be used as a high value-added chemical and a biomass fuel oil precursor. |
