titleOfInvention Method for analyzing nicotine and cotinine in urine
abstract The invention provides a method for analyzing nicotine and cotinine in urine, which comprises the following steps: 1) injecting a standard solution containing nicotine and cotinine of an internal standard substance into an enrichment device for adsorption and enrichment under auxiliary gas purging, and performing thermal desorption under carrier gas purging to obtain a standard sample containing the internal standard substance; 2) taking a urine sample, and obtaining a sample to be detected by adopting the same steps as the step 1); 3) and respectively introducing a standard sample containing an internal standard substance and a sample to be detected into GC-MS under carrier gas purging for detection, comparing retention time according to the obtained mass spectrogram for qualitative determination, determining nicotine and cotinine components in the sample to be detected, and calculating the content of the nicotine and cotinine components in the sample to be detected by adopting an internal standard method. The method for analyzing nicotine and cotinine in urine provided by the invention is convenient, efficient, rapid, high in sensitivity and good in repeatability, and can completely meet the analysis requirements of nicotine and cotinine in urine.
