titleOfInvention | Serum-free oral mucosa epithelial cell culture solution and application |
abstract | The invention provides a serum-free oral mucosa epithelial cell culture solution and application thereof, wherein the culture solution comprises a basic culture solution (F12, calcium-free DMEM, K-SFM), essential supplement factors, cell growth factors, cell proliferation and differentiation regulating factors and the like. According to the serum-free culture solution, various cell proliferation and differentiation regulating factors and other components, particularly bone morphogenetic protein (BMP-4) are added, so that the requirement of high-density proliferation of oral mucosa epithelial cells is met, and the phenomenon of cell proliferation inhibition caused by excessive differentiation of the epithelial cells is avoided, so that the proliferation and differentiation speed of the oral mucosa epithelial cells in vitro can be effectively balanced, the multiplication time of the cells is reduced, and the requirement of large-scale tissue engineering model construction is met. |
