abstract | The invention discloses a method for removing protein in yellow slurry by ultrafiltration by using an enzyme membrane reactor, belonging to the technical field of food biochemistry. The method comprises the following steps of A, raw material pretreatment: collecting yellow serofluid, coarse filtering, and adjusting pH; B. preparation of an ultrafiltration enzyme membrane: soaking the membrane in the mixed solution I, the mixed solution II and the mixed solution II respectively, and then cleaning to prepare an ultrafiltration enzyme membrane; C. treating by using an enzyme membrane reactor: and (3) placing the ultrafiltration enzyme membrane in a reactor to form an enzyme membrane reactor, then adding the pretreatment solution into the enzyme membrane reactor, and performing ultrafiltration treatment. The method improves the efficiency and the quality of protein in the ultrafiltration recovery bean curd yellow slurry by the enzyme membrane reactor, effectively improves the cyclic utilization rate of the enzyme membrane, reduces resource waste, reduces discharge capacity and ensures environmental friendliness. |
