titleOfInvention Recycling method of clostridium butyricum fermentation wastewater, fermentation product and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of fermentation of clostridium butyricum and the field of environmental protection engineering, and particularly provides a recycling technology of clostridium butyricum fermentation centrifugal waste liquid and application of the clostridium butyricum fermentation centrifugal waste liquid in cultivation of laying quails. The method for recycling clostridium butyricum fermentation wastewater comprises the following steps: adding 300kg of bean pulp 120-; firstly, uniformly mixing soybean meal, corn flour, rice hull powder, corncob powder and calcium carbonate, adding the mixture into fermentation wastewater, uniformly stirring, bagging, sealing and fermenting for at least three days; and (4) ending the fermentation when the spore rate of the clostridium butyricum reaches 90%. The clostridium butyricum fermented feed is produced while performing innocent treatment on clostridium butyricum fermented wastewater. Can be used for animal breeding, and particularly has outstanding effect in quail breeding.
