abstract | A flexible self-driven wide-spectrum photodetector and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of photodetectors. The photodetector includes two parts, A and B, wherein part A includes carbon fiber, an electron transport layer and a perovskite light-absorbing layer sequentially formed on the surface of the carbon fiber, and part B includes a copper wire, and an electron transport layer sequentially formed on the surface of the copper wire. The barrier layer and the copper oxide layer, part A and part B are twisted to form a twisted pair structure, so that the perovskite light-absorbing layer is in contact with the copper oxide layer. A flexible self-driven wide-spectrum photodetector provided by the present invention can still work normally without external energy supply, realizing the self-driving of the detector; and can realize the wide spectrum of ultraviolet-infrared (350nm~1050nm) Detection, its detection spectral range can replace traditional silicon-based photodetectors, effectively broadening the application range of perovskite-based photodetectors. |
