The invention can detect up to 13 ROS1 gene fusion types. The primers and the probes are optimized and screened, the sensitivity can reach 100 copies/mu l, and the specificity is high. The internal standard is used for monitoring reverse transcription and amplification of the system, and normal detection is guaranteed. In addition, the kit also contains negative and positive controls. And the multiple quality control avoids the detection result from false positive and false negative.
