The invention also provides a yolk antibody for inhibiting the helicobacter pylori hypha ammonia protease, which is prepared by the following method: obtaining a gene for coding recombinant serine protease through gene synthesis; expressing pronucleus, purifying to obtain recombinant serine protease, immunizing hen with recombinant serine protease as immunizing antigen, collecting the egg laid by the immunized hen, extracting egg yolk antibody, and purifying to obtain egg yolk antibody inhibiting helicobacter pylori serine protease, wherein the egg yolk antibody can be used as food additive or added into health product, or further made into medicine for preventing or treating gastric ulcer and gastric cancer. |
