The distribution of the electron cloud has a great impact on the photoelectric properties of the entire complex molecule, and the four-membered ring composed of the ligand of the dinitrogen coordination structure and the metal has stronger rigidity, which is beneficial to reduce unnecessary vibrational energy loss, to achieve high-efficiency luminescence performance. By adjusting the substituent group, the complex has better thermal stability and chemical properties. The iridium metal complex is prepared into a device, especially as a doping material, and the device shows the advantages of low driving voltage and high luminous efficiency, which is superior to the existing commonly used OLED devices. |
