The invention relates to a method for separating and fully utilizing multifunctional components of pyroligneous liquor, which comprises the steps of carrying out primary distillation on the pyroligneous liquor, collecting fractions at 98 ℃ and carrying out secondary distillation, and collecting components at 96 ℃ and 97 ℃ in the secondary distillation; extracting the residue after the first-stage distillation with ethyl acetate for three times, combining three ethyl acetate phases to obtain a first-stage extracting solution, extracting the first-stage extracting solution with an aqueous solution of NaOH for two times, combining two aqueous phases to obtain a second-stage extracting solution, acidifying the second-stage extracting solution with hydrochloric acid until the pH value reaches 2-6, further purifying the second-stage extracting solution for three times with the volume ratio of ethyl acetate to n-hexane of 3/7-7/3, reserving an organic phase, discarding the aqueous phase to obtain separated antioxidant components, accurately separating the antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-dermatitis and food-grade pyroligneous liquor, and improving the commercial value and economic benefit of the pyroligneous liquor. |
