The invention discloses a method for preparing a multifunctional organosilicon elastic airgel. In an aqueous phase system, trifunctional organosilanes and difunctional organosilanes are used as co-precursors, and nanoparticles are used as functional factors. In the presence of a certain amount of catalyst and surfactant, the organosilicon sol is obtained by hydrolysis at room temperature; then reacted at a certain temperature to convert the sol into a gel and realize phase separation, thereby obtaining an organosilicon hydrogel; and then washing with water and/or ethanol , dried under normal pressure to obtain multifunctional silicone elastic airgel. The silicone elastic airgel prepared by the present invention has excellent compressive strength, elasticity and stability, and has multiple functions such as superhydrophobic, superamphiphobic, low thermal conductivity and high electrical conductivity, and can be widely used in heat insulation , oil-water separation, lithium batteries, flexible electronic devices and many other fields. In addition, the method of the present invention has low cost, high efficiency, environmental protection, and is beneficial to the large-scale production of organosilane elastic airgel. |
