abstract The invention provides a supramolecular hydrogel which is prepared from N, N '-di-aspartic acid-perylene tetracarboxylic acid diimide, water and tetrahydrofuran, wherein the volume ratio of the N, N' -di-aspartic acid-perylene tetracarboxylic acid diimide to the water to the tetrahydrofuran is 0.01 mmol: (0.5-1.5) mL: (0.5-1.5) mL. In the invention, N, N' -di-aspartic acid-perylene tetracarboxylic acid diimide (NAAPD) is used as a gel factor, has good molecular planarity, can generate pi-pi accumulation, and has 4 carboxylic acid groups at two ends of a molecule, so that the intermolecular hydrogen bonding effect is stronger. The supermolecule hydrogel provided by the invention has excellent mechanical strength; the supramolecular hydrogel is used as a carrier of the schistosoma japonicum cercaria active substance, has good drug loading and slow release performances on the schistosoma japonicum cercaria active substance, and has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and good biocompatibility.
