titleOfInvention | Haplotype combination related to excellent lactation traits of Mediterranean buffalo and application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock molecular marker screening. In particular to haplotype combination and application related to the excellent lactation traits of Mediterranean buffalo. The molecular marker is obtained by cloning from the Mediterranean buffalo, 12 SNP markers associated with the lactation traits are obtained by screening, and the association analysis is carried out on the lactation traits of the Mediterranean buffalo by utilizing a haplotype consisting of one or the combination of the markers. The sequences of 12 SNP markers of the ACSL 1gene are shown as SEQ ID NO.1 to SEQ ID NO. 12. The invention also relates to the development of primers for detecting the genotypes of the ACSL1_ SNP1 to ACSL1_ SNP12 loci and the application of an excellent haplotype combination sequence, wherein the haplotype combination sequence is obviously related to the characteristics of the high milk yield, 270d milk yield and 270d milk protein yield of the Mediterranean buffalo. The invention provides a new genetic marker resource for marker-assisted selection of Mediterranean buffalo. |
