titleOfInvention | Preparation method of hoof nail polypeptide |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of hoof nail polypeptide, which comprises the following steps: step one, pretreatment of raw materials: treating by adopting a starch solution, wherein the starch solution is as follows: mixing corn starch, flour, soda, corn oil, chive powder and water, and stirring for 20min in 70 deg.C water bath at 1000 rpm; step two, performing first enzymolysis by adopting a ginger protease solution, ethanol and keratinase; performing secondary enzymolysis by adopting ficin, actinidin and bromelin under the condition of loading current, wherein the current device comprises a pair of hollow cylindrical electrode covers, the bottoms of the electrode covers are open, the tops of the electrode covers are connected with leads, and the leads on the electrode covers are respectively connected with a positive power supply and a negative power supply; and step four, filtering and drying. The invention has the beneficial effects of improving the hoof nail polypeptide yield and the proportion of protein or polypeptide with the relative molecular mass of 10000-3500. |
