The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon nano tube/polymer composite material, which comprises the following steps: plating a nano silicon oxide film on the surface of the porous polymer by a vacuum coating technology; depositing a nano metal catalyst film on the nano silicon oxide film by vacuum sputtering; growing the array carbon nano tube on the surface of the polymer in situ by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method to obtain a carbon nano tube/polymer porous composite material; and (3) impregnating the carbon nanotube/polymer porous composite material with a polymer, and curing to obtain the carbon nanotube/polymer composite material. The invention utilizes the heat-resistant high polymer with high heat-resistant temperature and PECVD technology, directly grows the carbon nano tube on the surface of the polymer in situ at low temperature to prepare the composite material, overcomes the defects that the carbon tube prepared by the prior composite material is difficult to disperse uniformly and the bonding force of the material interface is weak, and develops a new technology for improving the oriented heat conduction and the mechanical strength performance of the material by utilizing an ordered composite structure. |
