abstract | A spray curing process of a water-based UV coating, comprising the following steps: spraying: spraying the water-based UV coating on the substrate according to the coating weight of 80-100 g per square meter; a first dehumidification step: placing the sprayed base material in a room to be dried for 0.2-3 hours, wherein the temperature in the room to be dried is controlled at 20-28 ℃, and the humidity is controlled below 30% rh; a second dehumidification step: when the temperature of the drying room is raised to 30-35 ℃ and kept for 0.5-3 hours, the humidity is controlled below 30% rh; and (3) curing: and (3) carrying out ultraviolet curing on the base material sprayed with the water-based UV coating under the condition that the humidity is controlled to be below 30% rh. By adopting the curing process disclosed by the invention, the obtained cured coating has good wear resistance. |
