titleOfInvention Method for identifying tobacco varieties by using SCAR molecular marker
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco biology, and particularly relates to a method for identifying tobacco varieties by using an SCAR molecular marker. The method comprises the following steps: designing an SCAR primer, extracting the genomic DNA of the tobacco to be identified, carrying out PCR amplification, carrying out primary grouping, carrying out RAPD molecular marker, establishing a corresponding molecular ID and the like. The method takes specific 53 tobacco varieties as examples, establishes characteristic molecular ID by utilizing mature SCAR molecular marker and RAPD molecular marker technology, and can lay a good foundation for establishing a tobacco fingerprint spectrum library. Generally, the method has the technical advantages of rapid identification, accurate result and good repeatability, can be a good basis for identification of tobacco varieties in tobacco formulas and stable identification of cigarette quality, and can relieve the technical problems of cigarette formula distortion, cigarette quality fluctuation, cigarette style change and the like caused by unreal tobacco varieties or variety mixing, so that the method has good application value.
