titleOfInvention | Method for preparing phenolic aerogel by normal pressure drying method and prepared phenolic aerogel |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing phenolic aerogel by a normal pressure drying method and the prepared phenolic aerogel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a precursor solution containing a phenolic aldehyde precursor, a silane coupling agent, a catalyst and an organic solvent; (2) carrying out sol-gel reaction on the precursor solution to obtain phenolic gel; and (3) airing the phenolic aldehyde gel at normal temperature, and then drying the phenolic aldehyde gel at normal pressure at more than two different temperature stages to obtain the phenolic aldehyde aerogel. The method for preparing the phenolic aerogel has the advantages of low cost, short period and simple process. The phenolic aerogel prepared by the invention has the advantages of large specific surface area, small aperture and the like, and has excellent comprehensive performance. |
