titleOfInvention Ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to an ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides an ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin which has unsaturated double bonds and can be cured under ultraviolet light. In addition, the ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin has short curing time, high gloss after curing and good weather resistance, does not need to use an active diluent during curing, and reduces the influence on the environment and the human health. The invention also provides a preparation method of the ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin, wherein the terminal aldehyde group of the urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin is oxidized into carboxyl, and then the carboxyl is connected with unsaturated double bonds through the epoxy ring opening at one end of glycidyl acrylate to obtain the ultraviolet-curable urea-isobutyraldehyde-formaldehyde resin, and the preparation method has the advantages of few steps and simple process.
