titleOfInvention | Emulsion with resistance reduction and thickening performance in fracturing and rapid dissolution and preparation method thereof |
abstract | An emulsion with resistance-reducing and thickening performances in fracturing and quick dissolving is prepared through water-in-oil type inverse emulsion polymerization including its polymerizing process and phase-converting treatment process. The inverse emulsion consists of an organic solvent, an emulsifying surfactant, a monomer, a nano microsphere containing a chain extension group, water, an initiator and an inverse surfactant. In the synthesis of the emulsion, the nano-microsphere containing the chain extension group is introduced. Adding a cationic surfactant to the emulsion in reverse phase, and adsorbing on the polymer chain. The preparation method comprises five steps: preparing an organic phase, preparing a water phase, mixing, emulsifying, polymerizing and phase-inverting. The emulsion which is prepared by the method, has drag reduction and thickening properties and is quickly dissolved can effectively improve the fracturing effect in the oil and gas exploitation. |
