titleOfInvention Monoclonal antibody of anti-paralichthys olivaceus T cell surface marker molecule CD4-2, and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention disclosesA monoclonal antibody of anti-paralichthys olivaceus T cell surface marker molecule CD4-2 is prepared by the following components: the hybridoma JF-CD4-2-1D8 with the preservation number as follows: CCTCC NO: c201880, the collection unit is: china center for type culture Collection, Address: the preservation date of Wuhan university in Wuhan city of Hubei province is as follows: hybridoma cell secretion on 29/03/2018. The result of indirect enzyme-linked immunoreaction experiments of the monoclonal antibody shows that the monoclonal antibody can be specifically combined with CD4-2 polypeptide, and the result of immunoblotting shows that: the monoclonal antibody can specifically recognize 25kDa paralichthys olivaceus CD4-2 recombinant protein and 33kDa paralichthys olivaceus natural CD4-2 protein, and immune indirect fluorescence and flow cytometry prove that the monoclonal antibody can specifically recognize surface CD4-2 molecules of a paralichthys olivaceus lymphocyte. The invention prepares the monoclonal antibody of anti-paralichthys olivaceus T cell surface marker molecule CD4-2, and aims to detect the paralichthys olivaceus CD4-2 + T lymphocytes provide an important tool, and have important practical significance for deeply understanding the cellular immune mechanism of fishes and developing high-efficiency and green vaccines for fishes.
