The invention title of the present invention is "human anti-PD-1, PD-L1 and PD-L2 antibodies and their application". The present invention is based in part on the identification of novel human anti-PD-1, PD-L1 and PD-L2 antibodies. Accordingly, the present invention relates to compositions and methods utilizing the novel human anti-PD-1, PD-L1 and PD-L2 antibodies described herein for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of conditions that would benefit from modulation of PD-1, PD-L1 and and/or disorders of PD-L2 activity (e.g., persistent infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, asthma, transplant rejection, inflammatory disorders, and tumors). |
