titleOfInvention | Method for synthesizing indolo [3,2-b ] carbazole compound from o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile through series cycloaddition reaction |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing an indolo [3,2-b ] carbazole compound from o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile through a series cycloaddition reaction, which belongs to the technical field of chemical organic synthesis, and specifically comprises the steps of mixing an alkylidene indolone compound and an o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile compound according to a molar ratio of 1: 1-1: 3, respectively adding a catalyst and a solvent, reacting for 27-48 hours at 100-150 ℃, monitoring by TLC (thin layer chromatography) until the alkylidene indolone compound disappears, pouring a reaction liquid into a saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution, adding diluted hydrochloric acid to remove the residual o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile compound until TLC (thin layer chromatography) monitors the disappearance of the o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile compound, extracting by using dichloromethane, combining organic phases, distilling under reduced pressure to obtain a crude product, separating the crude product through silica gel column chromatography to obtain a final product, obtaining the product indolo [3, the 2-b carbazole compounds have diversity and can be regulated and controlled by the change of different raw material o-alkenyl aryl isonitrile compounds or alkylidene indolone compounds. |
