abstract | The invention relates to a silicon carbide sagger for roasting a lithium battery positive electrode material and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: and taking 40-55 wt% of alumina powder, 30-40 wt% of zirconite and 10-20 wt% of Suzhou soil as a mixture, adding 4-6 wt% of vanadium pentoxide and 5-8 wt% of water as the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain a working layer mixture. 30-45 wt% of talc, 10-20 wt% of alumina powder and 40-50 wt% of Suzhou soil are used as matrix materials, water is added, ball milling is carried out, drying is carried out, and crushing is carried out, so that matrix powder is obtained. Taking 60-75 wt% of silicon carbide aggregate and 25-40 wt% of matrix powder as raw materials, adding 5-10 wt% of a binding agent as the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and molding; distributing a layer of working layer mixture on the working surface of the bottom of the formed sagger substrate, and mechanically pressing and drying the working layer mixture; and preserving heat at 1370-1400 ℃ for 8-10 h to prepare the silicon carbide sagger for roasting the lithium battery anode material. The invention has low cost, energy saving and environmental protection, and the prepared product has good thermal shock stability, excellent erosion resistance and long service life. |
