The invention discloses a preparation method and application of injectable allogeneic fat decellularized matrix microparticles. The adipose tissue obtained from liposuction is subjected to mechanical chylolysis, centrifugation to remove oil, subsequent gentle decellularization process, and centrifugation. Obtained by further degreasing; among them, the adipose tissue is derived from the human-derived fat particles discarded in the liposuction operation of traditional obese patients. The present invention adopts the method of physically crushing fat cells and degreasing methods as well as the technology of gentle decellularization, which is easy to operate and has no effect on fat loss. The matrix structure and composition are less damaged, and the obtained material is closer to the microenvironment of human natural adipose tissue, retaining the three-dimensional structure and active ingredients of the tissue, and can be injected with a small needle of 27g, which is more conducive to the proliferation and differentiation of tissue cells in the recipient area after injection , so as to promote the repair and regeneration of tissues, and play a long-term filling and rejuvenating effect.
